Our take
I needed replacement discs for my Cuisinart FP-8 and these fit perfectly. The metal discs feel solid and work well for slicing and shredding. At $18.96, they're reasonably priced for two discs. However, the FP-8 itself is a smaller 5-cup model, so these discs are designed for that capacity. I wish they came with a warranty, but so far they perform as expected. Just note that these are only for the Elemental FP-8, not other models.
